Indian businesses collecting from customers in other markets
Why GlocalPe
Payments engineered to go through.
International payments fail for three reasons: routing, checkout, and fraud. GlocalPe solves all three.
Onboard once
Your business relationship is the starting point-not a new form every time you launch another payment flow.
Choose the right flow
Hosted checkout, links, plugins or API-the platform adapts to your product, not the other way around.
Know what's next
A visible path from business setup to your first settled international payment, with no silent waiting.
When routing, status and settlement stay connected, more payments complete-and your finance team stops reconstructing each one across five systems.

Who it's for
Different businesses. The same collection problem.
Collecting from abroad looks different for every business, but the goal is the same: get paid without adding work for your team. Find the starting point that matches yours.
- 01
Goods exporters
Collect from overseas buyers over local bank rails instead of SWIFT hops, with settlement paperwork generated automatically on every inward remittance.
- 02
SaaS & service exporters
Bill overseas customers on their own cards with standing instructions and smart retries, so subscription revenue survives a currency change.
- 03
Enterprises
High-volume collection with intelligent routing, issuer-level logic and real-time fraud scoring orchestrated across acquirers on every transaction.
- 04
D2C & marketplaces
A checkout that feels local everywhere: your customer's own currency, plus the wallets they already use-one tap with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- 05
Travel & education
Booking and fee windows are short. Higher authorisation rates on international cards keep overseas customers completing, even at peak season.
- 06
Freelancers & platforms
Local collection accounts in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD. Clients pay as if it were a domestic transfer; you settle in INR.

Merchant onboarding
Step 01 of 04
Tell us about your business.
One short first step. Tell us what your business does and where your customers are-nothing you don't need yet.
The demo advances one step at a time.
01-Merchant onboarding
Start with the business, not the checkout.
Cross-border payments don't begin at checkout-they begin the day a business decides to sell abroad. GlocalPe turns that day into a short, guided path instead of a stack of forms.
02-Collect international payments
From payment link to settled funds-no black box.
Once you're live, the next action should always be obvious: create a payment, share it, watch every status change, and follow the money through to INR settlement.

From first API call to live payments in hours.
For teams embedding payments into their product: a documented REST API, a sandbox that behaves like production, and an integration team that stays with you from first call to first settled transaction.
Hours, not weeks.
Most teams go from first API call to live international transactions in hours. Sandbox access is immediate, and production go-live targets one business day once your technical and onboarding prerequisites are complete.

Know your number before you invoice.
Check what an international amount is worth before you send the quote-real-time reference rates with no markup, so the number you see is the one your settlement is built on.

FAQs
Before you move money, know the flow.
The questions merchants and engineering teams ask us most, answered plainly.
GlocalPe is building the product layer for cross-border money movement: the connectivity that lets a business collect from customers in other markets, see where every payment is, and settle into its home currency. We are early in that journey and building it corridor by corridor.
International cards, mobile wallets, and the local methods each market actually uses. Which of these is available depends on your corridor and is confirmed during onboarding-we would rather tell you exactly what works for your markets than quote a number.
Coverage is expanding as we connect more corridors. Rather than publish a headline figure, we confirm the markets, currencies and methods available for your specific business when you onboard, so what you see is what you can actually use.
Routing, issuer-level logic and real-time screening are applied on every transaction, with retries and fallbacks built in. The aim is that a genuine payment completes the first time, and that when one does not you can see exactly why.
Completed payments settle into your nominated account. Settlement advices and reconciliation-ready ledgers are generated for every transaction. Timelines depend on the corridor and the partners involved, and are confirmed for your account during onboarding.
Sandbox access is immediate and behaves like production. Teams typically make a first API call the same day, and no-code payment links let you start collecting before any code ships.
